Summoner Boss

The third and final boss players encounter is the Summoner. This two-phase encounter can be tricky as players balance boss damage and add control. In phase one, the boss will maintain a shield until all summoned enemies are defeated. After depleting the boss's first health bar, he transitions to phase two. During this phase, the boss becomes significantly more relentless with his summons but also lets his shield down for short intervals. Players must race against the clock and defeat the Summoner before being overrun by his army of minions.

Phase 1

Summon Adds

An area of effect knockback ability that deals damage if hit. The boss cannot move while casting this ability.

Phase 1

Shield

While adds are active, the boss gains a shield that prevents damage and knocks the player back if they come into contact with it.

Phase 2

Rampage

In the second phase of the Summoner encounter, the boss is more relentless with his summons, adding more variety and summoning more adds. He will not wait for adds to die to summon more. Kill them or the boss quickly to avoid getting overwhelmed.
